Grille Steel Vented Covers

A mild steel grille for use in domestic, commercial and industrial properties.

Standard finish polyester powder coated in white or satin silver and available in a wide variety of sizes.

Constructed from 0.9mm mild steel with 5mm sidewall returns and horizontal louvres on the face set with 8.5mm centres with a 300 downward deflection.

Suitable for surface mounting in both door and wall mounting applications, the steel construction ensures that the unit is satisfactory not only for standard air transfer applications but also for fire rated applications such as where intumescent block grilles are utilised, with the wide flange border providing adequate clearance for fixing to the surrounding structure. Being slimline and unobtrusive the unit offers a free area around 66% for economical selection and is readily available in a wide variety of normal and reverse list sizes.

Application

Designed for surface use to cover fire rated block grilles in openings in fire compartment walls, fire doors and partitions where air ventilation and fire protection is required.
